North American Office Solutions Expansion of High Tech Dispatch Center
In a continued effort in delivering gold standard level service to its customers, we are expanding our corporate office with a 2600 sq. ft high tech call center. This call center will be staffed with highly skilled level 1-3 technical support agents. This call center will enable immediate response time and faster problem resolution to our customers. The call center will be equipped with state of the art diagnostic tools, remote support tools as well as an extensive technical lab for troubleshooting simulations. Call center amenities will include best of class telecom and call monitoring software for quality assurance. Customer service request tracking and support team activities are displayed on multiple monitors across the facility.
