Kassie Bucks and Mike Rizzo
Kassie and Mike have a combined experience of more than 35 years providing dispatched and phone support. They handle communications with clients both over the phone and online to assist with service and maintenance needs. Kassie and Mike are known for their professionalism and friendliness, and are happy to tackle any challenge, large or small, with a smile.
The members of the North American Office Solutions service team all have an average of more than 15 years of experience. All technicans are factory trained and receive ongoing certification training. They deliver the Total Call Checklist on each and every call and have the best response time in the industry. Director of Service
George has more than 33 years of industry experience, working for the manufacturer as well as independent dealers. He holds an MBA and is trained in Six Sigma Process Management, Has received Certifications with multiple manufactures, BTA Service Management, Pros Elite Service Management and Operations, and Customer Relations and Communications. He also serves on Konica Minolta Dealer Advisory Counsel. He trained in Japan with Konica Minolta and helped develop their courseware. In 2005, he joined the North American Office Solutions team, overseeing all of our service technicians and managing their development.
