  1. NAOS is locally owned with a national scope. We service all 50 states. Our primary market is Central Florida. Most importantly, our service and support is proven, as we invite you to contact any organization on our customer list.
  2. NAOS is committed to the Central Florida community. Dollars spent with NAOS stay in Central Florida by way of charity and through the tax base. For example, NAOS is a substantial supporter of A Gift For Teaching, UCF Foundation and Dr. Phillips Rotary with both financial resources and volunteer hours.
  3. NAOS holds itself to a higher standard than previously found in our industry. We provide a 4-hour response time. In the event we are unable to meet our guaranteed response times on contracted equipment, we proactively credit your account $50 for the service call. Finally, financial accountability in writing.
  4. NAOS evaluates and compensates our technical staff primarily through callbacks as opposed to the traditional method of calls per day. Service is performed correctly on the first visit.
  5. NAOS recognizes that we are a service organization, not a product organization. You will always receive Friendly, Professional People to provide you with answers.
  6. NAOS believes that every aspect of the office equipment function is our responsibility not yours, therefore, we are the only Central Florida organization that utilizes wireless meter reading technology. Imagine not suffering through aggravating faxes, emails, or phone calls.
  7. NAOS understands that most businesses are dynamic. Your equipment may be the proper solution but the base copy volume may not fit your business. NAOS' Service Agreements allows adjustments with a copy/print volume less than 90% of the base commitment or in excess of 110% of the base commitment.
    If a pattern develops, the client has the ability to adjust the agreement to fit their current needs. Our clients are not tied to a service plan that is in conflict with the actual usage.
  8. NAOS considers Sales & Service to be one department. We are so committed to the importance of these functions working together that both departments report to the same executive. You will not be oversold on our ability to provide excellent service.
  9. NAOS makes it easy to conduct business by providing one accountable point of contact for all disciplines of our business. At the point of transaction, our customers receive all necessary information for this contact, including e-mail addresses and cell phone numbers.
  10. NAOS utilizes experienced personnel to set-up AND deliver all equipment in order to ensure accountability for the entire process as well as uninterrupted equipment installation.
  11. NAOS utilizes a Systems Engineer for your account to ensure you select the correct digital device for your environment and the device functions at full capacity.
  12. NAOS provides immediate access to all Executives.
  13. NAOS allow you to monitor your account from your desktop 24/7 through our exclusive E-Info program.
  14. North American Office Solutions is on the Orlando Business Journal's "Golden 100 List" as one of the largest 100 privately held business' in Orlando.
  15. Every machine we have in the field has a sticker with the name and direct telephone number of the CEO.
  16. NAOS sends an electronic survey to the customer after each service call is complete. The survey responses are emailed directly to the CEO.
